Mang Amar is one of the only masters of toleat, a clarinet-like bamboo reed instrument from Subang, West Java. The instrument was invented around the 70's by a buffalo herder, Mang Parman, who took inspiration from single-reed instruments he'd made from the stalks of the rice plant as a child.

Delicious poboys and they do a great job with online order & getting the food out to you. You're supposed to stop at the booth in the parking lot to tell them your name, but it was empty when we arrived. We flagged down a guy on the blue golf cart who was helpful, called in our name, & another guy had our food out right away. We tried roast beef poboys, a catfish poboy, sweet potato fries, regular fries, & fried pickles. Everything was really good & extremely filling. So glad we tried this place.
As good as any po boy in town, with good crusty bread with ample fried shrimp, well-balanced amounts of Mayo and veggies, and bottles of crystal on the table for application in whatever quantities you see fit. Love that they don't try to put ketchup on their sandwiches. Price was a little cheaper than most places for a sandwich that was better stuffed than other poboys I've had. Side of jambalaya was also great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good shrimp poboy.
