Google Inc. has announced the launch of its new service: Google Books. Currently, you can purchase books (U.S. only) or download more than 3 million free books from anywhere in the world using this service.
Those using Google Books often find the ability to read books on multiple devices lacking. Google Book Downloader for Mac allows users to turn these books into formats for use on additional reading devices, with some limited functionality.

Perform the usual ritual of mounting the DMG and dragging the app to your Applications folder. Then there's nothing left for you to do but run it. Basically, the app is a downloader and compiler. So don't expect a juicy graphical user interface. All you get is an input field and a big Download button.
Let me first point out that not all ebooks can be downloaded from Google Books. If you're thinking that you will be able to download complete copies of ebooks with limited preview, I'm sorry to disappoint you. Again, only free ebooks will be available for download.

Of course it works. I have downloaded complete books with it. But you have to be patient. You can download different pages on different days. I means pages are hidden on a particular day are downloadable on other days.Relax and keep trying. 2ff7e9595c
